The Dismal Depths, 1C and 1D

I just uploaded two more levels for The Dismal Depths, completing Level 1.

Level 1C, The Crawling Catacombs

Level 1D, Rognvald's Nightmare

More to come as I begin the second level. Once the first 12 maps are done I'll figure out how to make a single (zipped?) PDF for the Upper Levels.

More pure awesomeness, thanks for sharing these. Just a quick question, what font are you using for the header on these dungeons?

Looking forward to level 2 & 3!

I still can't get over how awesome this is. I will use this format when I publish the Putrescent Pits of the Amoeboid Gods for Carcosan D&D.

I am not overstating the case when I say that this is the single best presentation for dungeons that I have ever seen. You know the 5 minutes of time spent when the players are settling into their chairs and dinking around with their character sheets and the snacks? A referee could spend those 5 minutes looking over one of these single-sheets (even if he'd never seen it before) and be able to run it very well indeed.

It has never made sense to me for modules to take more time to read than it would take to create your own.

Mike D: The font is Algerian. And Thanks!

Geoffrey: I appreciate that! I'm trying to leave enough room for refs to make these levels their own and to fill in the gaps as they see fit, but to also provide just enough to make them playable from the moment they are read.

Links to all Depths PDFs seem to be broken on an untrusted site...
